Refund policy

Returns

Approved returns might be accepted within 14 days of delivery.  All items must be returned unopened, unused and in original condition and packaging.  The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for all returns.  A return made to our warehouse or a return made without initiating a return by email will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued.

Defective or Damaged Products 

If products are received damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We may require photos of the damaged items to process your claim.   LaFlore® will provide a pre-paid return label for return that is due to defect or damage. To report a damaged or defective product email wholesale@laflore.com 

Refund Process 

Refunds will be processed one we receive and inspect the returned items.  Once 14 days has passed from the return initiation date, your order is no longer eligible for a full refund. Please keep records of return shipments, for proof of date shipped. LaFlore® is not responsible for a return shipment, including instances of missing item(s) or mis-delivered shipments.  Refunds will be issued to the original payment or store credit. Please allow 7-10 days to process once you receive notification that the payment credit has been issued.  

Final Sale Items

From time to time LaFlore®may offer products at a significant discount.  These items are considered final sales and are not eligible for return.
